5 Sports things to know: week of Dec. 12

1. The boys varsity basketball plays in the Oakland Mills Holiday Tournament Dec. 26 and 27 at Oakland Mills High School.
2. The Baltimore Sun has named senior Jessica Meek to their all-metro girls cross country second team. They also named juniors Brian McCullough and Matt Owens to the all-metro boys cross country second team
3. The indoor track team will participate in the Frostbite Invitational Race on Dec. 23 at Prince George’s County Sports Complex.
4. The varsity wrestling team will participate in the Joppatowne Duals meet at Joppatowne High School Dec. 17.
5. The girls varsity basketball team will play in the Fallston Tournament Dec. 27 and 28 at Fallston High School.
