I attended the Saturday matinee Dulaney High School’s production of Rogers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and it was truly fantastic. The entire production was meticulously planned, and it showed in every aspect of the show. The orchestra was phenomenal, adding a rich and captivating musical backdrop to the performance.

The cast and crew were absolutely amazing. Laura Neer, who played Cinderella, was the epitome of a perfect princess. Her portrayal was so engaging and pitch-perfect, truly bringing the character to life. And Hayley Stewart as Marie, the fairy godmother, had me in awe every time she sang. Her voice gave me goosebumps, and I couldn’t help but be swept away by her performance.

I would say that I don’t think I could love this production of Cinderella more, but on top of all of that, it was my daughter’s (Audrey, 3yo, pictured left of Cinderella) first musical. Watching her completely engrossed in this story, dancing with the music, and captivated by the characters was a magical experience that I won’t forget. It’s clear that everyone involved put their heart and soul into making it a remarkable show.
