Rho Kappa, a History Honors Society, plans to explore New York City (NYC) on a field trip this spring.

Current members of Rho Kappa, eligible for membership or enrolled in an Advanced Placement Art class may attend a trip to NYC.

Social Studies department chair Thomas Maranville, has been working hard to coordinate Dulaney’s first NYC field trip since the Covid-19 outbreak. Major field trips like this one are a great opportunity for students to explore places outside of the community.

The group is expected to travel through many cultural neighborhoods in Manhattan, visit the Museum of Modern Art and take a tour of Radio City Music Hall. Students will also be offered the option to see the Broadway play Wicked. The official date of this field trip is scheduled to be April 9 2024.
