Easy to make recipes: quesadillas

Quesadillas are a quick easy lunch that can be elevated with the simplest ingredients. If you have tortillas and cheese, you can add basically any veggies or proteins to make it more filling and flavorful. 


  • Tortillas
  • Shredded mexican cheese
  • Grilled chicken or protein of your choice
  • Sauteed bell peppers or veggie of your choice

Butter a heated skillet and place a tortilla down. Add as much cheese, chicken and peppers as you’d like, then place another tortilla on top. Wait until the cheese is melted or the bottom of the tortilla is crispy. Carefully flip over and wait to fully heat through.
